Course Description
After completing this course learners can progress onto academic or vocational courses in Further Education or employment. Alternatively this course can allow you to enter general employment. Learners are helped to improve their essential skills which will in turn enhance their employment prospects.
This course covers everything from looking after customers to job seeking activities and work experience with a local retailer. What’s more, it is also a great way to get back into studying if you haven’t done anything for a while, even since school. It will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in the workplace and to learn more about working in the retail environment. This course is suitable for those who are in the 18+ age group
